You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before relying on them for decisions.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by OneStatus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. Support is provided via email and is subject to the response times associated with your plan tier.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneStatus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneStatus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneStatus is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
